Portraiture is central to Carine's practice and for Issue 96 of Frankie Magazine, she captured Japanese Tattooist and Artist, Yoshio Honjo at his home in Sydney. Yoshio was interviewed by Giselle Au-Nhien Nguyen and revealed that he once owned a vintage clothing store in Osaka, before moving to Melbourne and becoming the prolific artist he is today.
